Return Policy

  • Want to Return a Product?
    • Books purchased from My Skill Today store are not returnable after purchase
  • Want to Replace a Product?
    • Replacement will be accepted if the book is in stock with us or the merchant. In case, the book is out of stock, client have to wait till book made available in the stock, this period cannot be fixed as book is subjected to be made available by the publishers.
    • Also, if the book delivered is not the same that you had ordered, a proper agreement or declaration is required to replace. Please read the book description carefully and choose the right book.
    • Replacement will not be accepted in the following conditions:
      • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
      • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories
  • What is the time frame in which, I have to file a return  /  replacement request?     
    • You can file a return request from your account or from website order cancellation form or you can directly call the customer care at 7038324007
    • Customer Care system will review the Return request.
    • If required, request will be shared with the merchant for his/her approval.
    • After approval, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by us.
    • After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability with the respective merchant.
  • How do I file a Return request and what happens afterwards? Filing a Return Request:
    • You can file a return request from your account or from website order cancellation form or you can directly call the customer care at 7038324007
    • Customer Care system will review the Return request.
    • If required, request will be shared with the merchant for his/her approval.
    • After approval, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges up to Rs.300 will be reimbursed by us.
    • After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability with the respective merchant.
    • It takes between 1 to 3 weeks from the time a request is raised, to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
  • Details of Product Specifications for return / replacement
    • Book is damaged
      • All books are carefully packed before dispatch. In a rare circumstance, if the book reached you in damaged state, please contact us within 2 days of Delivery.
    • Book is significantly different from description
      • You are covered by Return & Replacement policy in case you receive a book that is significantly different from the book description on the website.
    • Wrong quantity delivered
      • If wrong quantity is delivered, you are covered under buyer protection. Inform us within 2 days of receiving the order through website or by email or by telephonic communication.
      • Please check the delivered Packet thoroughly, and verify with the book Details on website.
    • Wrong book delivered
      • If a wrong book is delivered, under buyer protection you are eligible for replacement or refund.
      • For some book there could be slight variation in the picture and actual product. Before creating a request, please ensure you have verified with the book description at the website, and you are sure that the delivered book isn't as per the mentioned details.
    • No Invoice/Warranty received
      • All orders dispatched by us, carry original Invoice from the merchant. If the Invoice/Warranty is missing, please contact us within 7 days of Delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If the cancellation is after your book has been shipped:
    • If you received the book, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the book.
    • Please refer to the Returns Policy carefully.
    • Note: If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Customer Care on 7038324007 , and we will have the issue quickly resolved.
  • Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
    • Damages due to misuse of product.
    • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods / merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our team.
